What can you do with 10 minutes?
Frank Newman was one of the speakers presenting at the recent annual HRPA Conference in Toronto. This 3 day conference, the largest for HR professionals in Canada, attracts 2,500 participants from across Canada.
His presentation, the Best 10 Minutes in Your Day, asks the question, “if you only had 10 minutes a day to change workplace behaviours from indifferent to committed, what would you do?”
It demonstrates the impact of employee engagement to increase and grow profits. By leaders focusing on Frank Newman’s the 5 C’s – Connect, Clarify, Coach, Courage and Compassion, it’s possible to transform company culture, and the employees in it.
Frank developed these insights based on his extensive Human Resources experience across multiple industries, working with US, UK and Canadian organizations. His current practice, located in the tri-cities area of Kitchener/Waterloo, Cambridge and Guelph, supports a wide variety of clients from manufacturing to accounting, for both start-ups and established businesses.
Frank has shared the presentation on his website, and it’s also available to members of the HR Association. You can also check out the introductory video on our YouTube channel
