We are constantly looking for great talent, both for our clients and also to work with us as part of Newman HR Consulting. Health and Wellness is increasingly important in all aspects of people management and growth. I am delighted to announce that Heidi Pfleger has joined our associate team.

Heidi is an Educator, Coach, Speaker and seasoned Yogi who is committed to helping individuals reach their personal and professional best, both on and off the mat.
As a Wellness Coach, Consultant and Educator in business and wellness, Heidi helps executives, businesses and individuals identify their specific needs and develop customized wellness plans that get results. She also offers regular yoga classes, retreats and individual counseling locally and internationally.

Heidi is also proud Rotarian and Past President of the Rotary Club of Cambridge Preston-Hespeler.  Having spent a great deal of time travelling to countries in need, Heidi appreciates being part of an organization this is able to support local and global initiatives.  She loves being a member of a club that enjoys good fun and fellowship as they endeavor to make a difference on the planet.

Heidi lives in Paris, Ontario and enjoys hiking, music and travel as well as spending time with her family.
